We offer a variety of service options to satisfy every hiring situation: DIRECT HIRE: PMSi sources, screens and guides candidates through the interview process. The best candidate is hired directly by your company. PMSi’s fee is an agreed upon percentage of the employee’s first year salary. TEMP to HIRE: We provide employees on our payroll for your worksite. Your company has the option to hire an employee directly after 90 days with no additional fee. TEMPORARY/CONTRACT: We provide payrolled employees for as long as you need them at a pre-arranged bill rate. |
